$815 Per Player and/or Per Coach
CBW Approved Umpire Required.
No Umpire Fee: $800/team

LODGING:
Dormitory at SUNY-College at Oneonta (2 players per room, 2 coaches per team (minimum) as monitors - Resident Hall monitors, Security Office in next building, Infirmary in Dormitory
BOARD:
3 meals per day provided by CBW catering service (Box meal if playing during meal time)

RULES
Major League rules with some modifications (see rules sheet)
11U: Base paths: 70 ft. Pitching Mound: 50ft.
12U: Base paths: 70 ft. Pitching Mound: 50ft.
13U: Base paths: 80 ft. Pitching Mound: 56ft.
14U-16U: Base paths: 90 ft. Pitching Mound: 60ft., 6 inches
UNIFORMS:Each team must bring its own uniform(s) and equipment - we want you to wear your own uniform with pride representing your team, league, city, and state.
UMPIRES: Each team is asked to bring an umpire with them. Applications for prospective umpires
are on our website under the "Umpire's Tent".
"SCOUTS TRYOUT"
On Saturday night after your arrival and check-in, we will have a "SCOUTS TRYOUT" whereby we will be conducting the same skill tests that they use at professional tryouts: dash around the bases for 12U or 60 yd dash for 13U and older; pitcher’s, catcher’s and outfield throws for accuracy, an infield throw for velocity and a Home Run Derby as the final event; each participant gets three swings!
FORMAT:
10 to 12 team maximum (minimum tournament size is 6)
All teams play a minimum of eight games (weather permitting)
Teams are put into one of two pools.
POOL PLAY
Each team plays 5 pools games (the day you only have 1 game is also your day to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame)
Sunday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games
Monday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games
Tuesday -- 1 or 2 Pool Games
SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT
Seeding for the tournament is based upon the team records in pool play.
Wednesday Morning 4 lowest seeded teams play - winners move on
to play the top 4 seeded teams
Wednesday Morning 4 remaining teams play in first round (seeds 3-6)
Wednesday Afternoon 4 Early Morning Winners Play Seeds 1 - 4
