Above is a link to the CBW 2009 registration form. In 2009 the age groups will include the 12u, 13u, 14u, and 15U age divisions. 

As you will see, all teams are required to choose three various weeks in the order they prefer, and submit an $800 deposit (either by check or credit card #), which is only refundable until November 15, 2008. Registration forms submitted without the proper information included or without a deposit will be returned.

Pre-Registration will continue through October 1, 2008.  During this time period only teams who have participated in the 2008 season, will be able to register using their “Grandfather Letter”. The Grandfather letters may be used by the 2008 participating team in order to secure their return spot at CBW in 2009 or may be handed down to another team in their organization in place of their team’s return. If the 2008 team or their associated team do not register by October 1th, they are not guaranteed a spot for 2009 and their Grandfather letter becomes VOID!

All new teams are encouraged to submit their paperwork during the Pre-Registration period as they will be marked according to the date they are received.  When Open Registration begins on October 2nd, we will begin to process the applications in the order they were received.  For those of you who have already submitted the weeks you wanted along with your deposits, your applications will be processed first.  All applicants will be notified in writing, by November 1, as to which week, if any, they have been allotted.
